Best place to live near philly if im working in ft. washington, pa?

i prefer suburbs where rich people live since its quieter and nicer. im renting. i like areas near ton of chain restaurants and even a mall wouldn't hurt. prefer to drive less than 30 mins. should i be looking at NJ or even MD?

Ft. Washington is a suburb and you could probably find all of that right there. Otherwise King of Prussia is probably your best bet. Every chain restaurant and the King of Prussia mall right there. Probably only 10 minutes from Ft. Washington. Source(s): Life long area resident.
