Travel Info My daughter who is turning 13 wants to have a birthday party similar to like a virgin-cocktail party at a club or some other place in Philadelphia, PA. Travel Tips ~Adelphia ~Dave and Busters Others Dave and Busters on Columbus Blvd http://www.daveandbusters.com/locations/... you could try one of the state parks nearby (media, etc). some of the parks have a garden like setting, and tables and such. you could get nice-ish table cloths, a few tea lights and bring your own drinks. then you have have something that resembles an elegant garden party, but then the girls could scream as much as they like, clean up is easy, and when they're done being "grown and elegant", they could go hiking or play volleyball or something.
