How do you get from Philadelphia to New jersey? |
Travel Info I am traveling with some friends to philadelphia and then i am meeting a friend in new jersey but don't know how to get there...i don't know if i have to take a bus, train or trolly...please i need help Travel Tips You have 6 motives: 1. NJ Transit Bus - catch a NJ Transit bus that stops at 11th Street, from there, they go to Gloucester, Camden, and some other Delaware River bording counties. 2. PATCO Train - takes you from 15th Street over to Lindenwold. 3. SEPTA R7 Commuter Train - $14 round trip, goes to Trenton. (Runs only once an hour on Weekends and off-peak hours(6pm-1am) 4. Greyhound - Cheap, but not as cheap as the rest of them. 5. NJ Transit Commuter Train - (from the R7, you can take this train, its just sitting there, waiting for you when you get off)These trains go to (there's more stops, but I dont feel like listing them all) Atlantic City, Princeton, Newark, and also, New York City! 6. Riverlink Ferry - Catch this ferry in Penn's Landing, I dunno if this is running or not but its an option, only goes to Camden. Source(s): http://www.septa.org http://www.njtransit.com Other Travel Tips try mapquest. you might get directions there. Wow You can take train or bus, or both, depending on where you are going. It depends where in Jersey. You could walk, bike, fly, skateboard, crawl, run, crab walk, pogo, unicycle, roll, and skip. You pick. Depending on what part of new jersey you are headed to. You can go down to 30th street station and hop on the train or you can go to broad and olney or the main greyhound station and take the bus for like 10-20 bucks. Hope this helps. |
