Travel Info Are there any bus from Philadelphia airport and Newark airport? Travel Tips Take the regional rail from the airport which is the R1, then take the R-7 from 30th street, Suburban Station or Market Street East to Trenton. Then take NJ Transit Train that leaves you right off at the Newark Airport. This is a lot cheaper then AMTRAK. Others Check with Continental airlines. Sometimes, they show some of their flights as Amtrak train connections between the Philly and Newark airports. Not saying that you have to fly with Continental, but if they have this service it may lead you in the way of finding a way from one airport to the other. was checking on flights out of Philly when I saw this option. Take the (Septa) R1 train from the airport to the Philadelphia 30th Street Station. There go to the Amtrak counter.... Amtrak has a train that goes to the Newark Airport.... they aren't that expensive use their service all the time.
