King of Prussia, PA?

Travel Info
Whats so good about King of Prussia, PA. Give me some ideas of what to do. I have a friend that lives there and he's trying to convince me to come visit him....but is there really anything to do there?

Travel Tips
If I remember correctly, King of Prussia is within reasonable driving distance of Philadelphia, Lancaster County (Amish country), Mount Vernon, and other places of historical interest. There is also a place very close by called Longwood Gardens which is/was the estate of the DuPont family. It is an absolutely beautiful place that defies description here. You can probably find info on the web about it. In that general area you're not too far from places in Delaware and New Jersey as well as the Pocono Mountains in PA (maybe a 3 or 4 hour drive).

If you can go for 5 to 7 days it is worth the trip especially if you are interested in history (Philadelphia) and beautiful coutrysides (Lancaster). Longwood Gardens if very impressive. I might think twice about going for only 2 or 3 days depending on how much I wanted to see this dude.
Others
King of Prussia is an exploding suburb. It's a short distance from Philadelphia and close to all major roadways. Depending on what you like it might not be your cup of tea. If you're looking for piece and quite away from major retail chains and restuarants King of Prussia is not that. It also has a major mall. The traffic is a night mare.

It's a great place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there.
King of Prussia is approx. 18 miles from Philadelphia. Valley Forge where George Washington and his troops wintered is two miles away and is a National Historical Park. You can get into Philadelphia by public transit and see the Liberty Bell, Franklin Institute, eat a Philly cheese steak. See the Camden aquarium, take in a Phillies game. As for King of Prussia, there is not much there except a lot of traffic.
Huge King of Prussia mall is there. Lots of shopping with great stores. Also a short distance to the city of Philly and lots to do there. Go get a steak sandwich at Pats or Genos.
Go, I moved from there to Florida and I wish every day I was back. Don't take for granted the culture the northeast has to offer.
they have a great mall
Shopping, shopping and.....shopping .That's it I'm afraid
