Who is the best, most reliable, most trustworthy, highest quality jeweler in Philadelphia??

Sansom St. is "jeweler's row", between 7th and 8th. Try to stay away from the 2 big boys (Steven Singer and Robbins). They are more like retail due to high rent and TV, radio, and print advertising.

I've had a tremendous experience with Harris Kaiser jewelers. Yes, he's located on jewelers row (722 Sansom) but he has a real small store that he shares with another jeweler. This helps keep his costs down. He'll work with you on a personal level and he'll know you on a first name basis.
