Where is there an open discus circle in West Chester, PA?

I don't have the room in my yard to throw the discus. Does anyone know where there is an open discus circle to throw in West Chester or Chester County, PA?

Hmmmm...your request is not something that people run into everyday, but I would suggest that you try West Chester University. Not sure if they let the public use their athletic fields, but maybe a good place to start. Maybe someone in the athletic department there can lead you in the right direction.
