Travel Tips phone book Source(s): :::::::::::P Other Travel Tips Wow, I feel like the 'best answer' was stolen from me, oh well, you snooze you loose I am not sure of any specific 'tailor' schools in Philadelphia. But below is a link to sewing schools. Also I took a certificate program at Philadelphia university on wkends called 'Industrial Fashion Methods' that was great. It was a total of 6 or 7 courses. Alot of them dealing with pattern making, fitting & grading. If you already know how to sew, this would be great for you, if not take a sewing class first & then something like this. Good LK!
