What are a few sprawling up and coming cities (suburbs) in PA? |
Travel Info I am originally from bethlehem, well born there. and moved to many places on the east coast. now in yee haw texas from my fathers transfer 10yrs ago. Was wondering what are some up and coming cities, new and trendy? House prices would be welcome and of course the asian population. Travel Tips Chester County, west of Philly is really growing. West Chester is a popular suburb these days. Housing there will start at about $160k for a 2 bedroom condo and go up from there. The upper parts of Montgomery County are seeing growth as well...closer to your native area in the Lehigh Valley. Others i am from emmaus, right near bethlehem, and emmaus has grown a lot, especially the lehigh valley. definitely agree wiith the other guy...west chester is growing BIG and a lot of celebs like bam margera, ryan dunn, and other ppl from jackass the movie live there. its kool |
