A ferry should take you there. It's a 2 hour boat ride to Sandakan, Borneo and from there, take a plane ride or if you are lucky another ferry to Zamboanga.
Are you by any chance a naturalist, environmentalist or a tourist?
How about if I met you in Zambo sometime in August, just kidding.
Opps, I apologized, I got it the other way around. Anyway,
Take a flight from Zamboanga City to Kota Kinabalu, then a bus ride to Sandakan, finally to Lankayan by ferry.
If you have connections to our local pirates, maybe you can hitch a ride straight to Lankayan, honest.
