I've been there last Nov. but if you're on budget just try to rent at those nice & roomy cottages with TV, Prvate bathroom, & aircon like PAGUIA'S COTTAGES You can even cook if you want. Those cottages are located infront at the main entrance of Paras beach resort. You can get lower price if you're staying more days in their resort/cottages. (Although, it depends if it's peak season or not). We only paid P900 for the nice and roomy cottage with aircon, tv, and there's also a nice terrace and a private bathroom. Once you reach at their seaport those local travel guides will flock around you and will try to persuade you first to rent their motorbikes or cars. Try to ask for some discounts if you're going to rent it for 3-4 days. Usually, they will let you pay PHP400-500 a day for motorbike rental.
