What do you think about cutting one's hand as punishment for stealing? |
Travel Info do you think this will lessen thieves in the philippines? if i was to make this law... 1st offense: one pinky. 2nd offense: ring finger. 3rd offense: one hand. surely they'd think twice before snatching your handbag...waddayahthink? Travel Tips this may be harsh but it would be a great lesson for theives. Others haha. very good! lol very funny. thoughtful. but a little on the harshside dont you think? maybe let them rot in jail all their life instead =] I guess it would depend on whether you are the "stealer" or the "stealee" (lol). very good, especially for a country like philippines. It works in the Middle East. I'm all for more harsh punishment for all crimes. How about take a hand or both just to be on the safe side for the first offense? It's harder to pick pockets with stumps. Do you believe that a government would pass a law giving people less incentive to commit moral wrongs that would otherwise help to boost the economy by adding foreigners wealth to the general pool? |
