Do you think metro manila needs newer, cleaner and more efficient taxis? |
Travel Info or are you happy with it? would an increase in fare bother you? Travel Tips no the increase in fare won't bother me at all. and Manila definitely need more efficient taxis ...and drivers. Others hell yeah. hhehehe.... increase in fare? as long as the taxis is clean. i dnt mind. i think we should worry about the cleanliness of the streets that these taxi cabs drive through first. Coz no matter how clean the cabs would be, if the people riding them have no discipline anyway, then in no time, those cabs are just gonna go back to the way they were. just an opinion! oh, and you guys are right, more efficiant drivers are also needed, as well as honest ones.. I agree with snowblossom, I think everything should be new, clean and more efficient in metro manila and that includes its people! not only newer, cleaner and more efficient, but also safe. some taxi drivers are members of some "sindikatos." drivers should also mind their personal apperance or grooming. it's kinda freaky riding a taxi with a goon for a driver, should their taxi be clean, they should also be clean as well. i don't mind the increase in fare, just as long as they drive carefully and they drop me off exactly where i intended to be. it's long overdue...but why would it mean an increase in fare? doesn't that fall under cost of doing business? one would think that's the responsibility of the operators and of the government too who oversee public transportation...one could hope. More than the taxis, i want the metro manila to have cleaner water, streets, and efficient traffic enforcers and public servants.. |
