It's a good thing if they give $2.8 million for health care and education. It will a lot of our kababayan specially those who live in the provinces particularly those who belong to the Club 20 provinces. In those areas, RHU or rural health units are given priorities when it comes to foreign grants and donations. Not all grants are in the form of money though. They consist of medicines, medical equipments, and ambulance. I used to monitor gov't projects on agriculture and health. i will have a budget with a low salary at P1M per year each of my 5 staff. mine will be P2M, excluding the purchase of 2 service vehicles, Ford Ranger, rent a refurbished office space at Mckinley Hill, install high tech communication equipment and gadgets, and allocate for my once a week travel to the beneficiary provincial school and hospitals. i will contribute 1 elementary classroom each of the barangays in every city and in every municipality. provide with 1 unit computer each. Daily feeding program will be given to pupils. for all we know, a child doesn't like to go to school having an empty stomach. it will take me 3 years to finish this project. and of course, ten percent will go to SOP. |
