How do Filipino youth value their virginity nowadays? |
Travel Info do you guys think Filipino youth ages about 14-21 still value their virginity as much as before? just a little now? or not at all? which gender values it more in your opinion? Travel Tips maturity and stability assures future than virginity...marrying a virgin is not an assurance of a happy and perfect marriage.. premarital sex is the act of making love before marriage. it does not necessarily make a person dirty, rotten and worthless.. being a virgin does not necessarily mean that one is better than non-virgins...we have our own choice and it is up to us to be tactful in deciding. =p Others I guess not as much as our lola does...kids nowadays are more exposed to pornography and often times have misconceptions about sex.. I remember my lola told me that they used to have a belief before that when a man kisses a woman麓s hand she麓ll instantly get pregnant so they were too afraid to get even close to a man.. during the old days filipinos always value their virginity but i guess nowadays some people dont care as much as before. Your question really made me think. I believe the Filipino youth nowadays do not value their virginity as much as how it was valued before. I guess you can blame this to a society that's much more liberal and embraces change like a sponge. I also believe that the influence of Paris Hilton and the likes create a big impact on the Filipino society's youth making them think that things that used to be taboo are now OK and out in the open. The bottomline is, everything still depends on you and how you act upon things...and I still do believe that a handful of Filipino youths still value their virginity in this day and age. As to what gender values it more...I believe gals value it more than guys because of the anatomy thing. Virginity is overrated. I never really cared about my virginity maybe because i started sex when i was 11 and started working soon after at many clubs. Unfortunately NO. but i think its not as young as 14...16-21 maybe. |
