Travel Info What is your favorite gulay (vegetable dish)? Travel Tips Most favorite is Kangkong, (especially adobong Kangkong, or as a leaf vegetable in sour fish and meat stews like "sinigang")... Then spinach... I like it when cooked together with canned salmon or in pork sinigang... Then I like beans too... especially black beans with meat or the string beans... Then okra... I also like 'pinakbet' sometimes... I like monggo beans too, especially with pork or steak,,, Then pechay... then broccoli... then... tomato, potato, radish... but I don't know if it's vegetables or root crops...??? whatever, but I like them... then a lot more................... Others ampalaya. grilled talong ddipped on eggs. stir fry spinach adobong kangkong and my kalabasa broccolli and cheese! pechay. sad to hear he lost though. adobong kangkong. and laing okra....I hate veggies but okra is so easy to eat coz it's madulas (kinda "slimy")...less chewing so I don't really get to taste it...ewww Steamed kangkong at chowking with their signature bagoong. |
