Travel Info Flying First Class with my sis and mom to Scottsdale AZ... What do we do there? Travel Tips Shopping! Scottsdale Road and Osbourn Road (and surrounding area) in Downtown offers a lot of great stores and restaurants. Also there are tons and tons of Art Galleries to visit, and my favourite is Overland Gallery of Fine Art. Otherwise, a visit to Botanical Garden or taking Jeep tour are recommended too. Have a great trip! Others Golf, Swim, Shop, Eat delicious cuisine, drive or go on tour to Prescott to see a wonderful quaint town and to Jerome. It depends on whether or not the plane is a 2 or 3 class plane. A 2 class plane really doesn't have 1st class, although they say they do. They have a business class really. It's nice. More leg room and better food, etc. Real 1st class has fully reclineable seats. You have your own restrooms, separate from the rest of the plane. You are curtained off from the rest of the plane. You get your own little video player with assorted videos to watch. The food is MUCH better. Unlimited alcohol. Your own 2 personal stewards/stewardesses. There's usually an make your own sundae dessert and a little toiletry pack with warm slippers and little things to keep you comfortable. Scottsdale has golfing and some decent restaurants. I've only been there for business so I haven't ventured far afield. I don't mean to sound flippant, but if you have no idea what you are going to do here, why are you coming? Go to Scottsdale Fashion Square, the nicest mall we have, Juicy Couture, Guess, Bebe, Neiman Marcus, all the nice stores. Then you should go and eat at PF Changs right near the mall or AZ88, at night if you are old enough ,go to Old Town Scottsdale and check out the night life, your mom may even enjoy it, since its all sorts of ages. Have fun, you will have a blast! You should hit up one of the many nice spas in scottsdale, take in some shopping at Kierland, Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Borgata, their are plenty of very nice golf courses if you are into that, and definitely dine out and many of the great restaurants |
