Weather in Phoenix Arizona?

I will be visiting the Phoenix area in mid-April. I understand from weather.com that the average temp at that time is about 83, but I'm more interested in what the humidity is like. Anyone from that area who can tell me?

I live in chandler arizona which is 20 min from phoenix and it feels hot today around 90 im guessing it is going to be very nice in april if you like to get a tan i have lived here my whole life and i cant say that humidity makes it to phoenix so yes great weather for april.

Consistently hot and dry all year round.
I used to live in Washington and would travel there all the time.
The humidity level is normally 0-3% at most. Phoenix is in a desert area, so the typical weather is hot and dry. Expect shorts & tee-shirt weather by day and possibly a light sweater for night. Any later in the year, and the temps can be 100+ degrees even after the sun goes down.
Weather will be great. Humidity will not be a factor....it rarely is all year long
