Good luck! Others I would think Birmingham would be much cheaper than Tucson. you have to remember than many retirees from california have moved to Tucson, and drove up real estate prices. Tucson home values are higher than Birminghams. Personally, I wouldnt live in either, But If I had to I would live in Alabama. the people there are much much nicer, plus you can find a cheaper home and have more value and be close to Florida. The average cost of a house in Tucson is $275,000. And it is hot and yucky there. I live in Phoenix. |
