Which dude ranch is best?

I am thinking about spending a week or so at a dude ranch to experience or even to learn some horse riding and ranching skills. Not expect to become a real cowboy by simply taking a holiday like this, but I do hope to learn something other than to stay in a resort-like ranch. Can anyone recommend a dude ranch that is kind to teach a beginner like me some cowboy skills in a safe and reasonably charged way? I checked the web site of Arizona Dude Ranch Association which list all members, but I want to know a good one based on you or your friends' experience.

ive been to White Stallion ranch near tuscon and had a great time! I would reccomend it to anyone. Very organized and professional wranglers
