not sure if this is your cup of tea-but you might want to check out the vortex tours. sedona is known for it's vortexes (turbulent, spiral flow of spiritual energy) and i've heard it's an awesome experience. here's the link for that

there is a really cool nature made bridge that is in payson (not too far from sedona-about 45 mins south of it) called the tonto natural bridge-my bf and i go there about 3-4 times a year. you can actually climb all the way through the tunneled bridge and the waterfall is beautiful!! here is the info

Other Travel Tips
shopping, hummer/jeep rides to better view the red rocks, slide rock national park, hiking in Sedona or Oak Creek Canyon, sight seeing, tons of art galleries, stuff like that.
Try the Red Rock Jeep Tours, they are the original and have cool cowboy characters as drivers. If you like yuppie types, then do the Pink Jeep tours, they are good too, just different.

For food - if you like Italian definitely splurge on Dahl and Deluca. Not sure if I spelled it right, but they have two restaurants - pricy but so worth it!
Look for Devils Bridge. It's a 1 1/2 mile (easy/moderate) hike that takes you up to a natural bridge and all you see is trees and red rock! Soooo beautiful. I hike there everytime I go. Also look into the horse back riding. You can usually go on a 3 hour ride for $60. Pink Jeep Tours are fun too. Also, Slide Rock. Nice place to cool off and picnic. Don't forget to visit Hemp -n- Hog. They have a cool little shop & you can rent Harley's there :) Have fun!!! I miss Sedona. I'm back in upstate NY and haven't been there in 5 years :( I'll be there in July though!!!!
