What are some good, not so expensive hot spots to check out while I'm in Phoenix in 2 weeks?

Me and 2 friends are going to Phoenix, we are all 21 and want to do something fun. Are there any good bars or clubs that are not outrageously expensive? And the same for Tucson too...

For the 20s crowd, I would recommend sticking to the bars on Mill in Tempe (ASU) or Old Town Scottsdale

Mill: Cue Club, Casey Moores, Zuma, Tavern, Cherry, Rula Bula

Old town: Drinkz, Gilligans, Dos Gringos, Martini Ranch, Devils Martini, Acme
