Does anyone know of any arrests at the Campaige Place in Phoenix, AZ? |
Travel Info I've heard that the staff of this low or no income apartment complex goes through your things when you're not there. It's a shame because it was a nice new place. They allow disrespectful minorities to rule the joint. The manager, Andrea whores herself out to black men and gives them free rent. The police department is always there, and I was wondering if they made any arrests? I'd like to move back to the Campaige Place in Phoenix, if they would operate that apartment for real, but staff keeps banging on doors asking for entry, SCARY! Anyone with info., please post here. Travel Tips I finished my tenure with the Campaige Place in Phoenix for some of the same reasons. It's only a few years old with cable, phones, exercise room, little store, gated parking, and etc.; very nice, BUT POORLY MANAGED. The laundry room is always a mess, and many (Maytag) machines don't work or damaged by the low-lives who live there. The problem is that they don't properly screen people who come apply. As a result, they accept people with govt. "scam" disabilities. People who don't work so they can fill rooms for $$$ from any agency who will give it to them. Disrespectful and noisy bums run rampant. I just got done talking to "stranded" friends who still live there. Last week, they had service staff running around pounding on doors and "inspecting" rooms. They issued write-ups threatening most of their tenants, even the good ones. One would think they're setting the Campaige Place up as a halfway house for parolees. They do have allot of "inspections," H.U.D., and staff at least once a week. Unauthorized entries, harassment (if you're in the room), rummaging by poorly paid employees is to be expected, and they are not bonded. Ironically, Campaige Phoenix has absolutely no security personnel. They've had to call the Phoenix PD crime unit to retrieve from camera storage whenever someone gets injured or dies, because Campaige workers are too incompetent for the equipment. In fact, they tried to get Phoenix PD and Sheriffs to live there free (as a corp. write-off), but they declined. Guess police already have a full time job -ha! Finally, I don't know about Andrea (manager), heard she's not proactive and an unseen party girl. That's about it, they used to do allot of PD arrests there. By the way, Campaige Place is across from the City Jail and Campaige employees act like rejected, loony Jail Guards. A fun place to visit and laugh at, but you wouldn't want to stay there; as they say.
