120 on the 4th of July? |
Travel Info Is it worth it to even step outside? Travel Tips Makes me sick thinking about it. I'm having a barbecue, but I have a feeling we'll spend most of the time inside. My pool is 90 degrees. Not even refreshing. Others No! I cannot even imagine that temp! Jeez, better pull up a chair to the window to watch fireworks! no way!! at 9p it'll probably still be 110 out. i'm not fighting the heat and crowds-so me,my 4 year old,and my bf will all be staying indoors. az resident 15+ years NO! Prediction is maybe to top out at 116. Not many do much outside between Noon and 5 PM anyway so what's new. I survived 122 here in Phoenix over 12 years ago and it is a Dry heat so it is No worse than Miami at 90 degrees and 80% humidity! Consequently, it's something you learn to live with and adapt your daily outside activities accordingly! Phoenix area resident for 21 years! |
