Baby is understood internationally and to translate that would come out real strange!
Chlopcie might work if you don't want want to use Baby.
I agree, the first bit means "zalezy od ciebie", baby may be translated as "kochanie" (kochanie is close to "love" translated directly, but has a bit different meaning as "love" is often use in UK to address shop assistants ...
I think instead of kochanie which I loved being called...lol, I would use the term 'baby' too. I don't know how international that term is but I heard it used in Poland, Czech and Slovakia...just trying to help.
