Travel Tips
A good range of toiletries can be found at the Rossmann chain of stores. Otherwise you may always try a large supermarket: Auchan, Carrefour or Tesco, or a smaller one with lesser known brands: Lidl or Biedronka. If you have a business, you may register at one of semi-wholesale chains, such as Makro or Selgros. And there are, of course, smaller retail outlets, but these may be recommended for specific locations only.

warsaw poland is the best place to shop for everything
believe me lived there for 18 years
Well, it matters what city you'll be in. In Warsaw, there are tons of tiny stores where you can buy fresh bread, yogurt, shampoos, basically just the necessities. Or you can go to Real, Carrefour, Auchan or other big chain stores for bigger groceries and clothes, notebooks, whatever. They have pretty much everything there.
Depends on where you're going exactly... I would recommend the Rossman chain (that's where I usually shop) and all major supermarkets. I would stay away from Biedronka though - they have the lowest prices but also the poorest quality.
you are very lucky to go there now, while it's still cheap! For me Krakow is the best city ever, you can find good food and its beautiful. There is a shopping mall not far from the old city and it's on every tourist map, its very nicely designed and has full of nice stuff. For clothing the prices are cheaper than in Canada but not if you buy designer or Lacoste or Benetton or Diesel... but there are a lot of non designer boutiques where you can shop for half the canadian price. In the old city there you have some also. you won't be discapointed but rather surprised! Warsaw is more expensive so try to shop outside of the capital. Enjoy!
