Me and the hubby are planning a trip to Portland, OR? |
Travel Info We plan on seeing all the natural wonders: ocean, mountains, valleys, forests... Is it pretty in the fall? Anything else you would recommend? Thanks! Travel Tips Yes Start planning that trip...We have it all.....in portland...The beautiful Rose garden,,,Now west about 45 miles away in Mcminville if u remember the spruce goose its in a museum.there and 45 more mins away is the Beautiful Ocean and To the East of portland 90 mins u have the mountains...Now 30 mins away on I-84 u have multnomah falls and thats a BEAUTIFUL site to see...farther up the gorge..in Hood river...U have the sail boarders....See just a few sites in This great state to see and Enjoy...BTW if u love Pizza stop by the Flying pie pizza on 78th & SE stark...YOU wont go home hungry there Source(s): http://www.flying-pie.com/maps.htm... http://www.sprucegoose.org/ Other Travel Tips yes in the fall it is gorgeous go white water riding hahah i no thats not the name but i cant think of it sorry i believe the Omni Max theatre is something pretty cool to go see, its in downtown portland. also i believe the glass museum is in portland, u can look it up on google . if your budget allow you do visit the hamalian valeyes of Pakistan. You would enjoy alot the nature. silk root(one of the seven wonders of the world), Highest peak K-2, and many more. Oregon has a lot to offer tourists, but remember in the fall it rains, a lot. Take your time don't rush and enjoy the weather and sights. Get out of Portland as soon as you can. The rest of the state is nice :) |
