Any cheap movie theatres in NE Portland, OR? |
Travel Info Like those $2 ticket places..... Travel Tips I haven't found any theaters that have movies for $2.00, but several have tickets for $3.00. Most of the McMenamins theaters have them (Edgefield, The Bagdad, and Kennedy School all have movies for $3.00 all showtimes.) The Laurelhurst Theater (28th & Burnside) has movies for $3.00, and kids under 12 are $1.00 in the afternoons (all movies after 3:00 are 21 and over). The Avalon (34th & Belmont) has $3.00 movies. Of course, all of these theaters show second-run movies, and if you're under 21, you might want to double check their policies about which shows admit minors. I don't think the Avalon has age restrictions, but the other theaters serve alcohol.
