It is a very nice area to live in, beautiful surroundings. Tagged more as a retirement city. Cost of living can be a little high, depending on your situation.

Yes, it is. And also the Rogue Valley of southern Oregon (Medford and Grants Pass area).
If you like humidity it is.It gets so humid there in the summer your jeans get wet.
hot in summer cold in winter. not much
there unless you are outdoor person.
I love it there cause they have all 4 seasons.
