Travel Info Anyone been to Lebbanon, Oregon What's it like? Travel Tips Lebanon, OR, is a small town of around 12,000 population just east of Interstate Highway #5, near Albany, OR. It is large enough to have serivces, a skating rink, Walmart, good schools and a hospital. It is somewhat an agricultural area, and a lot of people who live in the country have horses and small farms. It's about ten miles from the freeway (I5), so easy access to go to Salem, about a half hour north, or Portland, about 90 minutes north; or Eugene, about an hour south. If you like country style small town living, it's a pleasant place. For more information: http://www.ci.lebanon.or.us/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/lebanon,_or... Source(s): Lived in area 25 years, been there often. Other Travel Tips ye ive been to lebnan its da best i wanna go bac i luv it der its really fun...... ana lebnani from what I hear there's a lot of new construction going on I have a son born there. I liked Lebanon. It was a nice little town at one point. It has grown like everything else. We moved on. The Walmart is there now. We used to go to the drive in every weekend it was where the Walmart is now. We have only driven through these days. It is still has the neat old houses, and the green is always welcoming. I am sure the nice people still live there? Honestly? Everyone is being a little too charitable. It's just a small kind of trashy town full of retards. There's some people who have bright ideas and something interesting to say, but they usually leave as soon as they have the money. I have lived close to there my entire life, and so am speaking from experience. |
