Is Beaverton, Oregon A Good Place To Live?

I have heard from some not to move there, but the Apartments are fairly priced. Also what about the Pearl District?

Beaverton is a really nice place... If you are OK with the NorthWest weather pattern. One of the very few places I would leave Florida for except the rainy winters do concern me.

i guess u try there but whatever u choose should be fine other then that it's cool.
