Go to the zoo, Japanese Garden. If you like comedy Harvey's comedy Club. Take the max from one end to the other to see what Portland it really about. Go to the Waterfront in June and July for the Blues Festival and Rose Festival. Also ice skating at the mall also Oaks Park.-L

Others
Portland's transit system. (Trains about the city) is a very cheap way to see all the city.
Small markets with live music during the day are fun.
Depends on what you consider fun.

There's the zoo, lots of great restaurants and nightclubs, Japanese Gardens, Multnomah Falls, the beach, skiing, windsurfing (Hood River is something like #2 for windsurfing in the world) - if you've got some money, the Taste of The Nation is April 30th. (www.portlandtaste.org)
