Well, the Wildlife Safari has ostriches, however, that is in southern Oregon, south of Roseburg, so that perhaps is not too helpful. I know there are Emu farms in the Willamette Valley, don't know if there are any Ostrich farms...

I would suggest doing a websearch for Ostrich related forums in the U.S. and if you find one, ask if anyone knows of someone with an Ostrich in the area....
