Algarve, Portugal?

Me and my girlfriend are thinking of going to the Algarve this summer. Can anyone reccoment the nicest areas to stay, with good nightlife, and possible a good hotel, near to nice beaches.

Hi!! hey great choice,,good way and plce to impress your girlfriend and have a great time!! best places in Algarve, any place is pretty good so you really can't go wrong but, Vilamoura is the most VIP, and Albufeira, a fun spot...basically you can rent a car and go around all the Algarve because it's not that big and visit several places. now, pay attention for to all the events in the Algarve during the Summer, like festivals, concerts, etcc!!!!
