My husband and I are thinking about moving from the States to Portugal,? |
Travel Info do you think it would be better to rent first or buy. We have been to Southern Portugal a few times and love it. We would really love to raise our children there. What are some good ways to get info on moving to Portugal. Do we have to get Visas also? Any info would be nice. Travel Tips Awwww YAY! :D im from portugal (madeira)! you should definitely raise your kids there. best place! i think you should go over to portugal and consider your options. where in portugal do you want? lisboa, or do you wanna live in the algarve (the southern coast which is kinda a bit more.. touristy)? faro? i dont suggest faro to live in.. are either one of you portugues? if not.. then contact the portugal government and apply for some sort of immigration thing, to get citizenship... id suggest buying a house in portugal... if you want more info just ask :) btw i suggest you learn portugues!! haha :P Source(s): i am portugues!
