Anyone stayed in the silchoro apartments in the algarve - portugal? |
Travel Info if so.....any feedback?? Travel Tips I haven't stayed there but I have been on a visit during a travel agents familiarisation tour. The Silchoro is a basic standard, not much in the way of luxuries I'm afraid, although they were clean and much better than some I saw in Albufeira. If you're really just looking for somewhere to lay your head then they're ok. I'd say they were reasonably good value for money as long as you don't pay over the odds for them. They are located near the strip at the top end ,only a few mins walk from all the nightlife so they're in a great spot for the bars & restaurants. Other Travel Tips Dont know the apartment but have spent a bit of time in albufiera its very seasonal shuts down in winter but the surf and beaches remain some of the best all year round.Lagos down the road is where the action is.
