Would you take your child to Portugal? |
Travel Info After what has happened in Portugal would you take your child there? Travel Tips Portugal is always a place id like to go , after what has happened to maddie it would make you think , but yes i would still go what happened in portugal can happen anywere you go even at home , but id be a responsible parent and wouldnt neglect my child and leave him on his own . Others sure i would. i seriously think maddie's parents should not have left her alone at their hotel...thing is, i'd take my kids with me. agreed, helen b! Yes i would. the problem wasn't the country it was the circumstances. Yes. I would also not leave them in a hotel room by themselves for the evening when they have perfectly good creche facilities there. Have people not learned yet that you just can't leave children alone, especially when you're in a foreign country! That applies to any country, it's just common sense. Things like that happen in the UK too. The differnce is that the UK police are a lot better organised and the laws are better about publicity. Most of the people on here who say they would not leave the children alone probably don't even have kids lol, and yet they think they woud be the best parents ever (with no experience) I would have no problem taking my 3-year old daughter to Portugal for a holiday. What happened to Madeleine could have happened anywhere in the world, given that the circumstances were that she was left on her own. |
