Do brazilians need visa for Portugal?

Travel Tips
No, they do not need a visa if they wish to visit Portugal as normal tourists. However, the permanence permit is, in this case, granted for a limited time only - 90 days, I think. Although Portugal has a special agreement with Brazil, European Union (E.U.) rules are also applicable, since Portugal is a full member of E.U. Source(s): P.S.: Random luggage search is currently done in almost all border check points in the world and I guess you all know there is a very strong reason for that...?

YES!! Portugal is surprisingly strict about tourists coming to their country. They don't seem to care where you're from. They have even been known to open up random luggage and search it!
