Travel Info Have you visited Portugal? What did you think of it? Travel Tips I have only been to Lisbon, but I loved it there. I want to go back again. It is my favorite city so far. Others I recently arrived here at Faro to stay for 6 months, and im already bored. Im 20 yrs old surrounded by old pple, and nothing to do. The food here isn't too great unless you really love fish, and snails. 6 months is a long time to be bored, and miserable. i would love to visit portugal. No , I wish to do it , but I've read about and I think that must be a pleasant place ! Yes I did visit Portugal and let me tell you it is a very nice place to go or even to live, people are very friendly and educated the weather is great with lots of sun and lots of things to do. You should go there. I've traveled through a small portion of Portugal and found the people to be very friendly. I spent more time at Fatima which was a wonderful experience. For those who don't know of Fatima, it is a place of religious pilgrimage were The Mother of Jesus visited three shepherd children, the last remaining one, Sr. Lucia, who died recently. Many miracles have taken place. There are nightly processions with thousands of people carrying candlelight. Everyone is polite and helpful and hopeful of a cure of physical, mental or spiritual ailments. |
