What is the best and cheapest mobile operator in Portugal? |
Travel Info I have to pick one and I do not know which, I am student Travel Tips thats not easy to answer, depends on your habits, do you use primarily for voice calls or text messages? you will need to compare the different tariff plans based on your own habits.
