Travel Info Fancy the algarve next year have always done greece will i like it lagos sounds nice how long is the transfere Travel Tips Lagos is nice - one of the attractions is that it is quieter than most of the other bigger resorts.... but this is because it's further away from the airport than most of the other bigger resorts! Others my mother and father in law went to lagos alot, they loved it, and they were fussy, they said it was clean and the beaches were lovely and the sea, resrtaurants etc! yes Lagos is wonderful i vacationed there every summer for a month for nearly 10 years, it clean the people are very nice, most speak English, not too many tourists as the portugeese have been buying out a lot of the former holiday homes. It economically priced too, although, i always stayed outside of Lagos, in Praia de Luz. Well worth a visit. Lagos is one hour away from Faro airport and three hours from Lisbon airport. It's a great place to go. The water is colder than in the other side of the algarve, but the beaches are pristine. The food is excelent, prices are not very high and it's always sunny. |
