Check with each site for private viewing account option if that is what you need. I know that this site offers both public and private accounts so check it out.. http://www.vidilife.com/

If you meant private videos but not "private access", all the free video hosting sites should help you. To allow only certain people to view your videos, you might need a private account, then only people who have the password can view your videos. Private videos will probably be at a cost. So check out those sites and see if they work for you.
