And they're different too, meaning the bull isn't killed in the arena. If you're interested, try Lisbon and the surrounding region, namely Santar茅m. Others All areas in Portugal have bullfights actually!!! They love them so much you can even find them in lil small towns.... I was actually stationed on the Azores, which are small islands in the middle of the Atlantic (a part of Portugal) and they had them there. It was a very nice get away, I was there for 15 months. I am sure though that whatever you are looking for on bullfights, you can find it on any travel site, because they are very popular there. Hi!! Bullfihting is common in Portugal, but here it is illegal to kill the bull.
