What is the best souvenir to buy in Lisbon and Sintra Portugal?

Travel Tips
If you're looking for a great souvenir, you can do two things:

- To keep it in your memory, buy "Queijadas de Sintra" (traditional dry cake) and after eating them you'll always remember how good those cakes were;

- To keep it in you sight, buy a figurine or postcard of the most important monuments: Torre de Bel茅m (Tower of Bethlem) and Pal谩cio da Pena (Fethear Palace). Source(s): Me, I'm Portuguese.

Other Travel Tips
The one that brings you the most satisfaction and brings back the most memories. Souvenirs are like cars, there are many but at any given time only one is right for you.
I would definitely buy Port Wine. Its great wine with extremely low prices in Portugal starting with less than 5 dollars/liter!!!

To buy a really interesting personal souvenir buy the vintage of your kids birth, wedding, graduation or any anniversary. Vintage Port can be kept up to 100 years so it can be drank on some BIG occasion.

I have purchased vintage port for both of my sons, years 1983, and 1984 sometime around 1990 with very reasonable price, they are still unopened and worth hundreds of dollars each. My older is getting married in spring...
