The great thing is that if you rent a car you can easily visit the whole Algarve region and in many cases return to your main hotel at the end of the day! The beaches are fantastic. whosaclevercollie.co.uk Albufiera, I went there its really lovely there is a great town square with bars and restaraunts all round. There is the rocks and you can have a walk over them in the evening to find more bars. There are lots of interesting side streets winding up and down, you can get lost - which I like. The beach is the one you see in brochures with the big rock on. It is a very nice place.
