hi can anyone tell me if mild sleeping pills (zoplicone) and mild muscle relaxants are available in portugal from the chemist or if i will need to get aprescription from a gp ( my back goes into spasm especially after flying ect but my gp is not prepared to give me any just on the off chance that it goes !! help would really be appreciated as anyone who has this problem will know it can make you feel pretty rough and totally imobile and its enough to put me off my trip also is medical treatment expensive, thanks any answers would be really appreciated (friendly) thanks again

I'm sorry, I can't answer your question well but as someone that has recently moved to Portugal I can tell you that if you are in pain, they will certainly help you here. The pharmacists all speak English and we have found them to be extremely helpful. I can't say for sure but I would bet you could easily purchase muscle relaxants. The sleeping pills,....I don't know. Sorry. |
