I went to Nice this February. There was a carnival going on, and it was really fun. The beach was nice, but the winter was not just the best season to enjoy it. I recommend you to take some time walking around Vieux Nice (Old town Nice) and stop by local shops around. If you are a big fan of arts, Nice does have two famous museums of Marc Chagall and Matisse. If you have some more days to travel neighboring towns, Montes Carlo (Monaco) and Menton (small town near border with Italy) are nice places to visit as well. It just takes 30 minutes by train. |
