Is there a way to get from Vieques Island, PR to Culebra Island, PR? |
Travel Info Is there a ferry or flight that travels daily from Vieques to Culebra? Travel Tips According to thsi site: http://www.enchanted-isle.com/ there is no longer a ferry service between Vieques and Culebra. It stopped in Nov 2006 I would contact the ferry service at fajardo to see if this is correct. The first one you could take it at Old San Juan Pier to Vieques and Culebra. http://www.islandhispeedferry.com/puerto... The second you would take it at Fajardo to go to Vieques and Culebra (this is the cheapest, and could take your car) for this could contact www.gotopuertorico.com Also could take a little plane at Isla Grande Airport to go there, if you dont like boats I believe it only travels on wednesday. make sure you do the Bio Bay while in Vieques. Also do some snorkeling it's nice around the small island across from Esperanza. Take a Kayak there,Talk to the Fun Brothers, they are on the beach in Esperanza. Such a relaxing vacation. Enjoy. Yes there is a ferry that travels about every 15 minutes to 1/2 hour at a cost of around $8. I am sure you'll have so much fun in Vieques that you would not nedd to see anything else. Culebra is also very nice though. Enjoy!
