No. Puerto Rico is a US territory. Passports are not required. US State Department travel.state.gov its good to have one just in case! In your previous ? you mentioned an I-94. Therefore I am assuming you are not a US citizen or permanent resident. In that case I would have your passport as you will need some form of government issued ID to board the planes even though you are not leaving the USA |
