What should I do in Puerto Rico? |
Travel Info Please take these points in mind: -I will stay in a hotel in San Juan (near El Yunque) -I am not very interested in the history of Old San Juan or any other cultural activities -I am staying for five days, four nights in June. -I would prefer a guided tour group -I would like something that is worth the money. (I would like to save money on my vacation) Thank you! Travel Tips Parks The Parque de las Palomas (pigeon park) is located at the top of the city wall, this park overlooks the restored La Princesa Jail, now a government office with an attractive art gallery. The park is the perfect spot from which to enjoy a magnificent view of the harbor, city and mountains. The Mu帽oz Rivera Park is an spacious ocean side park with large trees, landscape gardens and wide walks, located on Jes煤s T. Pi帽ero Avenue. Open Tues-Sun 9:00am - 5:00pm. Other parks include: Mart铆 Coll Linera Park, Central Park (Facilities for jogging, baseball, calisthenics and tennis), and Mu帽oz Mar铆n Park. See Ba帽o Grande, a natural swimming pool. Then take a walk on Camitillo Trail and look for the artificial nest of the Puerto Rican parrot and the flora and fauna of the Palo Colorado forest.
